Thursday August 19, 2010:

5:30pm - 8:30pm: Packet Pick-Up and race merchandise sales, east side. REI @ The District @ Green Valley Ranch. 2220 Village Walk Drive Suite #150/ Henderson, NV 89052. Use the rear (parking lot) entrance into REI, as we will set set up in the back of the store.

Saturday August 21, 2010

4pm- 8pm: Expo and packet pick up at the Hyatt Place host hotel, located at 4520 Paradise Road, Las Vegas, NV 89169, right across the street from the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino and behind the Hofbrauhaus Restaurant. Only people driving themselves from out of the Las Vegas area may pick up their race packets at the start area.

8:15pm- 8:30pm: Buses load at the Hyatt Place host hotel located at 4520 Paradise Road, Las Vegas, NV 89169 for those that have paid for the contracted round trip bus transportation. Bus departure time is 8:30pm.

11pm: Buses should be arriving at the start line/ gathering area of the "Black Mailbox" at roughly 11pm. Portable toilets will be available. This is the start line for the marathon and 51K. All athletes not already checked in can do so now.

Sunday August 22, 2010

12am: Marathon & 51K Start! After bidding the marathoners and ultramarathoners good luck, all 1/2 marathoners and 10K runners (from the contracted bus only) must be back on the bus for an immediate departure, when we will make our way to the other start lines. Be sure to use the portable toilets here, as none will be provided at the1/2 marathon start line. Bushes are always available.

12:30am: 1/2 Marathon Start! After bidding the 1/2 marathoners good luck, all 10K runners (from the contracted bus service) must be back on the bus for an immediate departure.

1am: 10K Start! Those of you driving yourselves to the 10K start may come directly here to the Little A'le'Inn start line.

** Yes- you are reading these time correctly! These are midnight races!

1:30am++: Runners will be arriving into the finish area at the Little A'le'Inn where a finish line BREAKFAST SPREAD will be available from 2am- 8am.

2:30am: Awards will start at roughly 2:30am for the 10K finishers.

3:00am: Awards will start at roughly 3:00am for the 1/2 marathon finishers.

4:15am: Awards will start at roughly 4:15am for the marathon & 51K finishers- and will continue as needed to accomodate later finishers.

8am: The official course cut-off time.

8am: BREAKFAST SPREAD will be shut down.

8:05am: The last bus back to Las Vegas leaves.

** Buses will depart back to Las Vegas on an as needed basis when full.

*** Buses will depart back to the start line to retrieve your own cars on an as needed basis.
