TENTATIVE SCHEDULE

Friday January 8, 2009

- 5pm- 9pm: Packet pick up at the host hotel, The Haceinda Hotel and Casino in Boulder City, located on U.S. Highway 93 about 3-4 miles before Hoover Dam on the Nevada side. Packet pick up will be in the banquet room downstairs, just off to the left when entering thru the main entrance. For directions, see "Directions" under the "travel" tab.

Race morning (Saturday January 9, 2009)

 ** Drop bags for 50 mile ultrarunners can be dropped off race morning at check in. Bags must be labeled with your name.

• 5:50- 5:55am: Brief talk from the race director for 50 mile runners
• 6am: Start of the 50 mile run
• 7:50am- 7:55am: Brief talk from the race director for marathon runners
• 8am: Start of the Marathon
• 8:20am- 8:25am: Brief talk from the race director for 1/2 marathoners
• 8:30am: Start of the 1/2 Marathon
• 8:45am: Start of the 5K
• 8:50am: Start of the 10K
• 7pm: Course officially closes

Finish line refreshments will be available. Awards will be handed out in the finish line area either as runners are coming in or at a specified time TBD.
