AID STATIONS

Aid Stations locations are noted below. Water and Hammer HEED (Electrolyte Drink- various flavors) will be available in cups, though aid stations will be happy to refill your water bottle, should you chose to carry one.  Every aid station will have water and energy drink. Aid stations designated "ultra" aid stations  will be provisioned additionally with fruit, sweet and salty snacks, basic first aid, Hammer Gel, and wet wash clothes to cool off. Please return all wash clothes!

Aid station locations are dictated by their minimum impact on the Toiyabe National Forest vegetation. Please do your part in preserving our National Forest by using the trash bins provided. No littering will be tolerated! Use of personal water bottles is highly encouraged to reduce waste. Thank you for your cooperation.

Portable toilets will be available at the start/ finish line and at the miles on course noted below.

10K Aid Station Locations: Mile 1.6, 3.1  (toilet), and 4.6.

1/2 Marathon Aid Station Locations: Mile 1.6, 3.1 (toilet), 4.6, 5.8 (ultra & toilet), 7.3 (ultra & toilet), 8.5, 10 (toilet), and 11.5.

Marathon Aid Station Locations: Mile 1.6, 3.1 (toilet), 4.6, 5.8 (Ultra & toilet), 7.5, 8.9 (toilet), 11 (Ultra and toilet), 13.1 (toilet), 15.2 (Ultra and toilet), 17.3 (toilet), 18.7, 20.4 (Ultra & toilet), 21.6, 23.1 (toilet), and 24.6.

50K Aid Station Locations: Mile 5.8, 11.0 (Drop Bags), 15.5, 20 (Access same drop bag), 25.2. All of the 50K stations are designated Ultra Stations.

** 50K Runners may have a drop bag. You will be able to access this at mile 11 and 20. This location is at the junction of Lovell Canyon Road (paved) and Lovelll Summit Road (dirt). If you wish to change from road to trail shoes, you may do so here.  Please use your own bag and have it clearly marked with your name and bib number on it.  You can drop off your bags race morning before your race start.

NOTE: These bags will not return until after this aid station is finished, likely around 1pm. Drop bags will not be mailed at my expense, so please plan accordingly.

50 milers and 100 milers:

50 and 100 mile runners have 3 stations specially equiped to provide for your needs. These are spaced roughly 5.5 miles apart and are each accessed multiple times. One is at the start/ finish line, one at the far turn around of the out and back (Sky Ranch), and the third is at the mid point. You may have a drop bag at any or all of these 3 spots. These stations will be additionally provisioned with extra hot and cold food throughout your race, as well as foot care products.  Please use your own drop bags and label them with your name and station it is going to.

*Note that during the hours of Saturday 7:30am- 2pm and Sunday 7:30am- 11am additonal aid stations will be available as they tend to the other distance races. You are more than welcome to use these stations, but know that they will have less provisions than your main stations.
